Summary
The world is poised on the precipice of upheaval and the White Tower searches for the Dragon Reborn.
When a scheme to assassinate the First of Mayene is uncovered by a secretive organization called Echelon, masked operatives known only by code names are dispatched to investigate, governed by a strict set of directives to protect their identities from each other. Is the attempt on Berelain's life a simple assassination, or part of a grander plot? Drawn into greater danger by the Black Ajah when the mission is nearly a critical failure, will Echelon and its agents recover?
((If you would like to begin this story knowing who the aliased characters are from the start, read Chapter 11 before you begin Chapter 1, which is a cast/identity list. Avoid this chapter if you want the character anonymity to stay until revealed in story.))
