“You’ve been pushing yourself too hard, cop,” said Alex, coming forward and leaning himself over Ethan. “So, this can either go two ways. Either you sleep now, and you’re not allowed to get out of this bed for twelve hours except for the bathroom, or, Christian and I can tire you out and you don’t need to worry about sitting in bed all bored out of your mind into the afternoon.”
Ethan swallowed. “Or, secret third option, you can’t make me do anything without consent.”
Alex shrugged. “There is that, too. And we’d respect it. You saying you don’t want to be pampered?”
“Tell me, Ethan,” said Chris, coming beside Alex. Alex moved out of the way slightly, so that they were both over Ethan. “Tell me, are you really planning to go back to your room and try to finish that stupid ass paperwork on no coffee and a hard dick?”
He had a point.
Alternatively: Ethan gets (consensually) sexually bullied into going to sleep. Christian and Author have no regrets. Xander's only regret is that he didn't do this sooner.

He had hope. He could see Ethan falling for him. It had ignited an ugly feeling inside of him, but Xander didn’t deserve that jealousy, and Christian didn’t deserve to even feel it.

“You’re welcome,” said Xander softly. He sat on the bed, purposefully looking away as Christian put their clothes on. They left the boxers off. Their dick had softened, but Christian still had a plan and besides that, the thing was sore. They put Ethan’s hoodie on, breathing in the scent of citrus that Ethan used for his conditioner; he must have worn it after a shower, lately. Xander and him were silent, for a while.
“I’m pent up,” said Christian, not looking at him.
Alternatively; Author copes, and three traumatized men have sex.
