Summary
Ramattra and Emre had worked together before, and as a favor to the struggling cyborg Ramattra decided to tinker with Chernobog’s programming in order to free some of the restraint it had on Emre. For Emre, the closeness with the Omnic leader came with some side effects and he decided to seek him out at one of the Talon bases.
