Summary
She watches herself compliment Sophia, and, she hadn't remembered talking quite so much. Of course, it's all true. Sophia is so mature, so composed, so elegant. Megan does feel like the opposite of that. Even this experience reminds her that she's really still trying to figure stuff out — Sophia has been handling this so well, and Megan still feels slightly sick. Sophia's thumb has absentmindedly started stroking her thigh. Megan forces herself not to think about it too much.
"You're the only two that picked each other," Yoonchae says. It settles somewhere, warm and sweet, in Megan's chest, that Sophia had chosen her. She would have chosen Sophia anyways, even if Sophia hadn't chosen her first, but she never expected Sophia to say her name, of all of the girls. She never would have guessed that she would be who first came to Sophia's mind.

Then Megan pulls her hands away from Sophia's neck, and covers her face, and groans, "Fuck, I can't believe I'm telling you this."
"You can tell me anything, Megan," she says, her hands on her waist now. "You can ask me for anything. I want to give you what you want," she says, and she means every word. She takes a deep breath. "I haven't really thought about it before, but I will. I'll think about it, ok?"
