lohen had taken the time to get to know you.
whereas everyone assumed you must be some sort of evil and malicious witch hiding away in the forest, lohen had merely seen a person with immense strength. whereas everyone else shied away from your hands, condemning them and believing them to be an indicator of your loyalty to the abyss order, lohen saw them as something fascinating. the same hands that held a weapon against him, threw him to the ground, and hurt him in an attempt to grow his skill were the same ones healing his wounds and tugging him close, running a hand through his hair or down his spine, caressing the mole beneath his eye, or tracing across the scars littered across his back.
lohen held your heart in the palm of his hand, but not everyone shared his acceptance for a shattered soul.
