Didn't everyone else get that feeling, too? When someone touches him, it feels like there's bugs crawling underneath his skin, his gut twists, his heart rate picks up- Trophy has the urge to escape, or back off, which is such a wimpy thing to do.
Trophy wasn't a big fan of physical touch, everyone else seemed to be the exact opposite.

Summary
"You know, I'm more into girls," Jack had said it offhandedly to Trophy, after a couple rounds of beers and the atmosphere lively with celebration.
"Oh," Trophy almost gawks out. Jack watches as the award lifts a wrist to wipe away a drop of alcohol from the corner of his mouth.
From an outsiders view, Jack wouldn't have suspected Trophy to even have any inner conflict outside of the "jock gone soft" trope. But Jack is keen on doing whatever it takes to gain an advantage in winning.
