Summary
On a particularly uneventful day on summer break, Lando was bored, so he opened Twitter.
This was his first rookie mistake.
He then discovered AO3, fanfiction, and several deeply concerning tags about himself and Oscar. What follows is four months of yearning, panic, window-related parkour, and one very unfortunate realization.

Lando reads fanfiction and gets so brainrotted that he accidentally falls in love with his teammate and loses the ability to behave like a normal ahh human being around him.

Summary
After a brutal championship battle leaves Lando and Oscar separated, Lando discovers that winning the WDC means very little when the person who made everything feel like home is no longer beside him.
Four weeks of silence later, one faded hoodie isn't enough anymore.
So, in the middle of the night, Lando flies from Monaco to London, lets himself into Oscar's flat with the spare key Oscar never asked him to return, and attempts to steal one last piece of comfort.

Lando gets caught stealing a hoodie, Oscar admits he's been waiting for him to come home, and somehow a midnight break-in turns into breakfast, cuddles, and a second chance.
Because maybe the greatest thing they can win isn't a championship at all, it's finding their way back to each other.

What should be a simple three-hour baking session quickly turns into supermarket chaos, culinary disagreements, rogue eggshells, and Lando aggressively overworking the gluten.

Lando and Oscar discover that baking together is surprisingly similar to racing. There's a strategy, a strict timetable, questionable decision-making, and plenty of opportunities for things to go completely off track. At least they make a pretty good team. (muffin recipe is included)
