Summary
Does he need to give Troy a ring? No, but he's not about to lose out on one of the best parts of being in a queer relationship: proposal expectations are out the window. Sure, if Harris and Troy were a man and a woman, then the engagement bit would be done. Man proposes to woman, woman accepts, they're engaged. But for two men, who's to say that one man can't propose to his fiancé months after accepting said fiancé's proposal?
