Summary
“That the best you can do?”
Sunday almost drops the glass he forgot he was holding. He shakes his head. He does not know what his best could even look like, but it isn’t this. He is used to not being good enough. It is all the motivation he has ever needed; Aventurine wants more, and Sunday will give it to him.
(or: Sunday finds himself in way over his head. He doesn't know anywhere else he'd rather be)
