Summary
Louis throws his hand back to him when it’s done, knocking it away like it disgusts him, sneering. But, actually, he’s quite proud of his work.
Five letters etched deep into his lover’s palm. ‘LDPDL’. Bright red and clear.
He expects shock, outrage, shouting.
He doesn't expect the tears that well in Lestat’s eyes. “My Louis,” he sniffles, his earlier brattiness vanished. “Such a gift.”
Or
Louis fails to out-freak his husband.

Summary
“Eat it,” Lestat instructs, her smile wicked.
Louis nods, eager, her tongue reaching forward.
Lestat pushes her back with a hand on her forehead, harsh, pinning her to the pillow. It makes a jolt of pleasure run down to her gut, wetness gushing into her underwear.
“Ah, ah, ah,” Lestat tuts. “You’re a vampire. That’s not how vampires eat,” she scolds, her voice playful, teasing. She drops her mouth open, slowly lowers her fangs, showing Louis what to do.

Or- Louis doesn't understand what her wife is asking for, so Lestat shows her exactly what she wants.
