Summary
He grabbed the thread, using it to guide him forward towards her. Towards Stelle.
"Three of a kind…"
"Two pair…"
"Ace!"
Together their voices rang out. Dan Heng grabbed her hand, one that tightly held that golden thread. With it, he pulled her out. He saved her.
Stelle, trapped in the memoria tide, can only rely on the small piece of hope in her heart that someone is coming. The golden thread wrapped softly around her wrist whispers a sweet melody, one that keeps her from burying herself in the memories presented by Evernight.

Summary
THEY did not allow Nanook to succeed.
THEY changed the destined finality.
THEY disappeared to blaze a trail for the future.
During the War of Aeons, a new Aeon of Trailblaze ascended, killing Nanook in a desperate bid to protect the future. In doing so, Akivili fell once more — or so the Nameless claim.
Decades following those events, a young researcher emerges from the Xianzhou Alliance, ready to explore Pegana in the name of finding Akivili.
Explore. Understand. Establish. Connect.
That is the creed of the Nameless and one he would follow.
