They are odd creatures, appearing to many in human forms. They've been around for as long as there have been people, yet a lot of the who, what and why remains steep in mystery. They've never been seen to be hostile and often are the opposite of such claim. So no one really minds.

They have been called a lot of names throughout the ages. But the most prominent –and most fond- in this day and age was 'Heartache', named specifically for the experience after which they appear. Depending on the person, they never stay too long, nor do they stay away long.

This is the story of Yuuri and his Heartache, just one among many.
