“Because you would be fourteen,” Luke says. “No one wins the Hunger Games at fourteen.”-
“Coral?” Finnick mimics. He can be as cruel as he wants. “Do you really think she’ll take your side here?” Finnick taps Midas’s right wrist, where it ends in a blunt, bandaged line. “Did I do this back at the cornucopia?” Midas does not respond, but Finnick can see from the burning resentment in his eyes that it was him. “You know, I’m quite proud of that. Maybe I’ll get a picture with your corpse after I’m crowned victor.”

And she was miserable, a special, deep kind of miserable, and she had asked Finnick for help, and he had let her down. The whole thing was confusing and strange, and Enobaria should really let it roll off of her, like she did every other horror of the Capitol, but this time she couldn't. "I think you're being a shitty friend," she says, because it's the easiest way to sum it up.
The one where Enobaria gets involved in Finnick and Jo's bullshit to protect Annie in the 71st Games and she gets a lover, at least temporarily.

It’s the tribute interviews, mandatory viewing, but Johanna would have far preferred to watch alone at home rather than be subjected to Eleanor and Addison’s insufferable stream of commentary and giggles.
Finnick Odair is 20 years old the first time he sees Johanna Mason. She’s a screaming, sobbing mess, having to be dragged up onto the stage by peacekeepers when her name is called at the reaping.
