In S1E1, Blitzø gets a call from Stolas while he is running from Martha and the Murder Family. A deal was made which sets the stage for their future relationship for years to come. A transaction that will forever ground the situation between them and how they would see one another.
But what if Stolas called Blitzø after his bath? How would it affect their deal? Probably not that much (or perhaps every part of it).

The Imp knew right there and then that he had to put a stop to it. But if it doesn't work, there was always the idea of just shooting Stella in the back of the head and freeing Stolas of his torment that way...
