Hell is Hell. The place was practically built around suffering but that doesn't mean everyone living there suffers equally; some people clearly have it better than others.
Blitzø is a whore. Not just in the sense that he's promiscuous as hell, but literally. Alone after the fire that killed his family and with fucked up moral obligations that mean he has to keep working no matter what, the imp has gotta do whatever shit he can to keep that money coming in. At least, until someone unexpected shows up to throw his life into chaos.
Prince Stolas dreads his impending arranged marriage. Bound by duty and familial expectations, his future is fixed and no matter how much he might resent it, there is no escaping the gilded chains he was born to wear.
Tensions are growing between the demon elite and Hell's increasingly bitter underclass and in a world of constitutionalised abuse and blatant classism, change is brewing. " Even before starting I.M.P, Blitzø got to be the (literal) top dog in his relationships. Whether it was a succubitch or a baphomet, Blitzø called the shots in the bedroom. And he was never much good at relationships in any other room, so that was all that mattered. Even on the rare occasions he had a dick plowing his tight, red hole, Blitzø was still the one barking orders. It's what he likes.
So obviously, Stolas is fucking perfect. The biggest bottom in the seven rings - more than even that spider freak - and totally obsessed with Blitzø from day one. Not that Blitzø had realised back then, but no time like the present. Stolas loves giving up control and taking orders, and Blitzø could always offer that.

Prince Stolas of the Ars Goetia is trapped in a miserable life, thanks to his demon of a fiancée and a family that couldn’t care less about him. Blitzø Buckzo’s got his own problems—living in poverty and stuck paying off his dad’s debt after a terrible circus accident.
When Stolas’s wedding gets postponed for six months, he takes the chance to sneak out for one day of freedom. That’s when he runs into Blitzø right in the middle of town.
They eventually strike a deal that spares Blitzø from his paperwork-induced migraines and Stolas from his crippling heartache. But the more time they spend together, the more complicated things get, especially since one is a prince and the other thinks he doesn't deserve a fairy-tale ending.
They might just happen to fall in love anyway.

So one Halloween, with the help of his employees, Blitzø summons that same demon prince who refused to kill him and became his friend instead all those years ago. But it turns out there's a high, high price, that only Blitzø can pay, for the help of a demon of such limitless power. And that price is…

This story follows the canon lore as far as S02E07, because “The Full Moon” hasn’t been released yet, but it takes place quite some time after Stolas gave Blitz the crystal (and Blitz gave it back).
It also takes place before the events of Hazbin Hotel (including its pilot episode).Flashbacks are written in Italics and have separate chapters most of the time.
