    Threads frayed at the end, cut too short and too soon, tangled into knots that can only be mended by the unraveling of the entire weave. Threads spun far and wide, destined for a long and fruitful life, imperiled and at the risk of being severed if the changes are too extreme.

    One small change and Rozemyne’s interest is directed elsewhere, one small change and everything comes undone, one small change and her journey towards a life surrounded by books takes a slight detour.
