Ava Sharpe is standing in front of the blackboard, chalk in her right hand and her notebook in her left. She has her blue cardigan on over her white shirt, and when she looks up at Sara who just burst through the door, her glasses slip down her nose. She fixes them back with her right hand and the chalk powder stains her hair in the process. The sight punches Sara in the guts. Hence, no breath.
“Sharpe. I have some major news. [...] It’s about the FIIST!” She makes a victorious fist gesture to emphasize what she means, as if Ava is supposed to get what the hell she’s talking about.
“Wow, you move fast. I guess good for you, if she’s into that kind of thing,” Ava’s frowning at something on the board now, she scratches her chin in a pensive manner and the chalk marks her skin there.
Sara loses herself in the movement for a second. “No, Ava, you’re not getting it. The Female Inter-faculty Indoor Soccer Tournament."//
Or, Sara's a Chemistry PhD candidate; Ava is a Physics Professor.
Sara's soccer team is short one faculty member, so now she's trying to get Ava to play. One small, insignificant problem: Ava seems to be physically unable to stand on a soccer field without PTSD flashbacks. -

DC's Legends of Tomorrow was in my opinion one of if not THE BEST CW Arrowverse TV Show, and i was pissed the hell off when it was the ONLY ONE that DIDN'T Get a proper ending, so, and YES I know about the Earth-Prime CW comic series, but it never really explained how they actually GOT OUT of the situation, just what was going on with the former legends during season 7, and then in the future it shows that they're all happy, but it never showed how the main current legends team got out, their prison arc, or even Ava and Sara's baby, so I decided to write my own ending to the show. So here I am proud to present; Legends of Tomorrow: One Last Ride.

When Sara had heard her phone ding ten minutes after she’d sent her last flirty, teasing text, she’d expected it to be another one of Ava’s exasperated complaints about sexting during work hours, or getting her turned on while she was on the clock. She was so sure of it, in fact, that she already had a smirk on her face just thinking about the reaction she’d get out of Ava this time.
So she was of course rather surprised, when, instead of the reply she’d been expecting, the only thing in the message was a link to an Instagram reel. Intrigued, and with an eyebrow raised, she opened it.
