Summary
Heavily inspired by a fic I saw in Deviant Art (https://www.deviantart.com/ushasdragon/art/Tron-Remembrance-Chapter-One-339975594) by UshasDragon. The first few chapters are going to look very much like the first couple of chapters of UshasDragon's work before I start to branch the story in my direction.
Tron survives the Sea and must live with everything he has done as Rinzler while the Grid tries to recover from Flynn's Reintegration. CLU's forces are still at large. And Rinzler is still very much in Tron's head, ready to take back control. Tron must combat both if he has any hope of protecting what is left of the Grid.
Samantha Flynn has escaped the Grid with her life. She gained a sister and lost her father forever. It was time for her to stop waiting and take back her father's company. But she couldn't abandon the world her father created, either. She can't make the same mistakes as her father, and there's no way she'll be able to accomplish both of these goals on her own. It's a good thing she can ask her godfather and brother for help.

It was so easy to see things as they really were as Clu healed my damage. Why I ever resisted him in favor of Flynn was a mystery. It was my greatest shame. I would do better. I would serve Clu in every way. Clu loved me. I loved Clu. We had always loved one another. I thought I was protecting him by keeping my distance. That was a mistake. There would be no more mistakes. Only perfection.
Only perfection and Clu.
Clu's touch on my lightlines was perfection. His kiss erased the white of my lightlines that indicated my loyalty to the Users. Crimson bled into them like a stream, correcting my final errors. His touch was so much more than Yori's had ever been. He was perfect. I was perfected by him.

"You'd need disc access for that, wouldn't you?" Yori's fingers press down, dragging along a thigh circuit.
"Probably." And now Ram can feel Tron's attention on him. "How about it, Ram? Shall I take a look at your disc?"
A wave of heat shivers through Ram. There's that lovely vulnerable feeling again. He moans, rough, uncontrolled.
It's an intimate thing to let another program hold your disc, to trust someone with the physical manifestation of your very self. Ram's always been free and generous with his intimacy; it wasn't long ago he let Flynn drink from his disc at the spring. But that feels like another life. A life with no future, where trust was easily given to anyone willing to throw in their lot on his side of the fight, because there was so much less to lose.
Tron, though... Tron's hands will always be welcome on any part of him, disc included.
(Ram's at the club. Energy is served. Things get steamy.)

Yori's eyes shift between them. "Now, Ram is the sweetest thing. But he's also a fighter. Too stubborn to convert to Red, and too strong all the way down to his individual functions. MCP could tell that even if he took Ram apart, the lines of code would keep fighting until they were dissected to uselessness."
Voca's laugh is deep. "Ooh, now that I admire. Good for you, boy!"
There's warm pride in Ram's chest as he grins back... but his empathy can't miss the wince on Rollo_3.77's face. A small routine in the back of his processes reminds him that not everyone was so good at resisting.
In this free world, this new peace, he's going to meet programs who wore red before. Programs who only by luck never faced him in a fight to the death. Who derezzed friends of his. Who had friends that he derezzed. There's no escaping it, really...
(Yori and Tron take Ram on a date to meet old friends. After his time in the cells, this is a new world for him.)

Yori's look is warm. "I know it wasn't just about satisfying needs. He loves you, very much. I hope you know that."
Ram nods, smiling. He does know.
Of course it's a different sort of love, the love of comrades-in-arms... unlike what Tron has with his counterpart or his User, no matter how similar the sensations it can stir. And it's not like Tron spoke very freely about any of that.
Ram does know, but the warmth of hearing it is still wonderful.
"Tron, um, told me about you too. He..." The thought trails off. The same words about Tron's feelings for Yori would just be so obvious as to sound ridiculous.
"He also said you'd be willing to share." Yori's voice drops low, knowing, the implication unmistakable. "To be shared."
And then Ram's eyes close in overwhelm at the hot burn of his circuits... sudden, delicious vulnerability.
(Ram wakes up at Tron and Yori's place, facing some amazing facts: He's alive, the system is free, and two wonderful programs want to be in a triad with him. )

Summary
When Rinzler chases after Sam and Quorra from the lightcycle arena, his second baton isn't another lightcycle, it's a jet, and he's able to pursue Sam into the Outlands. The chase doesn't end well for anyone, and Sam and Rinzler find themselves swept out to the edge of the system. They must form an uneasy alliance to get back to the city, and neither of them are happy about it. But as they travel, Sam begins to unravel some of the tangled strings of code that make his unwanted companion, and discovers that there's more to this program than a killing machine.
A.k.a., Sam and Rinzler are stranded in the wilderness and passions flare. Based on the movie lore, not much from the other Tron media.

Introducing Aster the pattern recognition program, and her whole glitched-up life.
Aster's a disaster, and her past is no exception. She was written for an advertising company, got stolen by ENCOM in the 1980's, and has been a bit of a mad engineer, jack-of-all-tasks, and overall wildcard since then.
She's survived over two decades with no contact from her User. When that same User appears out of nowhere, both of them are an absolute mess with no clue how to handle it.
Mixture of humor, interpersonal drama, and some sex.
