Summary
In succession of my MAJOR and MINOR demigod headcanons, I bring you the Miscellaneous Demigods Headcanons. These will features gods that don't fall under the canon usage of categorization used in the PJO series, so the words 'Miscellaneous' is not a reflection or undermining the importance of the gods and their demigods portrayed in this work. If any other gods and their demigods are written in the future, they will be posted here. These works will also have more creative liberation as they are very speculative as we do not see any demigods of these gods in the books.
These headcanons will contain what it's like being claimed and what it's like for the respective god and cabin, followed by a small story between you, the reader, and the respective demigod of that godly god.

"It's not like that, I just.. I just wanted to see him"
If you asked Apollo what he has been feeling lately, he would reply with a simple 'nothing'. That word meant no emotions and all of them at the same time - he felt dissapointed in himself, he was scared, teriified, he wanted to scream and shout, run away. A normal person would tell their family about those feelings and recieve professional health. If they were adult, they would probably not even tell their family if they had a good reason for that.
Except Phoebus Apollon wasn't a normal person - he was a god. And even among immortal deities he was quite unique, orginal and queer (in all meanings of the word). So instead of seeing a therapist, the first thing he did was go to Sparta and see the place where he accidentally killed the love of his life.

He had long blonde hair, glowing as if it were the sun itself, as if it were spun from gold. Reaching the shin, it fluttered in the wind.
His eyes were as blue, as clear, as spotless, as the sky above. Waves of molten gold adorned his eyes, like the northern lights, they would pass through, then flicker and die, before repeating the cycle once again. It was ethereal yet uncanny, beautiful yet cruel. His eyes held no emotion, he did not blink.
Hyacinthus knew he was in love.
Apollo’s blue flames gave way to a warm crimson, his eyes blue like midnight, with golden hues rippling like the stars on a clear night.His eyes lit up, and Hyacinthus knew he would give his world to the god, eternity long.
The night gave way to the day, and the sun rose, illuminating both of them.
The night was gone.
A new day had arrived.
The sun had risen, a new day had come.

Summary
Hera was fighting with Zeus and as always does something drastic in response to finding out Zeus has made yet another illegitimate child. She accuses him of not loving her and never bothering to try, which Zeus denies. In response Hera curses the world, gods included, to have a name branded on their arm. This would be the name of their soulmate, the one person they're compatible with no matter what. The person they're destined to marry, in Hera's mind.
This goes just about as well as you can expect, with many gods having multiple names on their arms and others having none. Mortals can't figure out what the names mean and have trouble finding the person on the other end because of how large the world is and how many people share the same name. It turns out that when a pair of soulmates touch for the first time their brands burn, solving the shared names problem.
Guess who Percy's stuck with? A certain god of archery, healing, music and a bunch of other things; Apollo.
