Summary
A rebellious merman, Sugawara, is fascinated with life on land. On his first visit to the surface, which is forbidden by his controlling brother, King Ushijima, he falls for a human prince. Determined to be with his new love, Suga makes a dangerous deal with the sea warlock, Tendo, to become human. He has a limited amount of time to kiss the prince or he will turn back into a merman. But when plans go awry for the star-crossed lovers, the king must make the ultimate sacrifice for his brother.
