The two scramble across the growing wet sand to seek shelter. By sheer luck Clover locates a cave in the vast desert wide enough to fit both of them. They quickly make for the cave opening and duck out of the downpour just as it starts to rain even harder.
It's a fairly tight space, just barely taller than either of them and only a bit wider lengthwise, leaving little space in between them.
And so they find themselves sitting shoulder-to-shoulder, dripping wet and slightly out of breath. Qrow can’t help the laugh that escapes his mouth.
“Just our luck, huh?”
