Part 2 of my own personal AU/ending for Daenerys and Jon in the books. Its basically written in the format of someone like a Maester/Scribe recalling and dictating historic events. Kinda like the format of the "Fire and Blood" book.
Dany gives birth to their twins and another daughter. Drogon lays more clutches of eggs and we get some baby dragon bonding. King's Landing gets a face-lift and Dany and Jon prepare for war against the new Triarchy of Myr, Tyrosh, and Lys.

Robb waits just a moment longer before heading south in the War of the Five Kings. He makes some much smarter decisions and sends three very important letters to three very different people that he didn't send before. In my twist on GOT/ASOIAF, I envision Robb waiting just a moment longer and waiting to receive word back, the conflict would play out very differently.
This story is Jon Snow and Sansa Stark heavy. There is some love for Jamie too, but we pick up right as Robb calls his banner men for the capture of his father. The three letters he sends out alters things very much for three very important and central figures to my story.
Essentially, Robb actually plans and plays the great game with his brother by his side and a cleaver surprising ally from lands far from the North.

Her mousy brown hair was pulled behind her head and tied with a string, but the flyways were kept from her face with a white handkerchief knotted at the base of her skull. Her gown was a dirty shade of green, but it complimented her skin tone well enough. The woman nodded. “When the war ends, no matter the outcome, make sure the maester records that I was right.”
At her last word, she saw Robb angrily lift the sword and bring it down on Lord Karstark’s neck, severing the head from the body in one powerful stroke. His neck spurted with blood, the red liquid mixing with the mud and washing away as the rain intensified. The men moved his body from the stone and Robb walked away angrily, gripping his hand. They would call him Kinslayer for that.

In summary, before Dany got to Westeros, she soft-conquers Essos and dubs it as New Valyria. She brought her vast army to Westeros to claim the Iron throne, takes KL with relative ease after dealing with Cersei and FakeAegon. With her and Jon Snow in control, Westeros takes a united front in the Second Battle for the Dawn. After the White Walkers and Great Other are defeated, a new Era begins for Westeros and the Kingdoms are independent once again. In this time of rebuilding and peace, Dany and Jon set eyes on their empire and bright future of babies and more dragons.

After guaranteeing House Stark’s victory with House Bolton’s downfall, Sansa Stark, the legitimate daughter of the late Eddard Stark and King in the North Robb Stark’s legitimate sister, is chosen Queen in the North.
Her bastard brother, Jon Snow, keeps eerily talking about great Horrors to come. He has rejected his place in the castle as Ned Stark’s son and grows disconnected with the reality around him, the reality that’s not far beyond the Wall.
He manages to convince his sister, now Queen of a highly disintegrated North, larger dangers across the Wall are coming. Winter is here, and nothing shall be left of them if they fall short of allies for petty political reasons.
Warning Westeros is imminent.
A raven comes. As it comes with hope.
For the first time in hundreds of years, far into Dragonstone, Westerosi days come alive again with the music of dragons, and, if stories are true, with the potential biggest ally they might ever meet.

"You are just fucking shitting me." Growls Jon Snow – aka Balerion Targeryan, son of Rhaegar Targeryan and Lyanna Stark – as he recognized the gray stone ceiling of his old bedroom at Winterfell. Which had been destroyed in the Long Night, around the same time Jon was being burned alive by Daenerys's undead dragon. "It's okay, Snow. Breathe. One two three in four five six seven out."
Everything is fine. He is fine. He's definitely not having a meltdown. Everything is perfectly fine, thank you. It was just a really, really bad dream.
But then one of the fortress maids knocks on the door and tells him to prepare for the arrival of the royal entourage.
And the only thing Jon says is a loud and sincere, from the bottom of his heart – oh, fuck.

So... They accidentally go back in time to the day when everything went to fiery hell in a handheld basket.
And the one thing they all completely agree on, without discussion, is: not fucking again.

Or the one where the Starks are totally made up of everyone else's collective bullshit, and happily set fate on fire simply because they're a very, very, very petty pack, thank you very much.
