This will follow the cannon timeline, however some changes will be made to the Hidden World to fit my head cannon, because like many others I have quite a number of issues with how 'The Nine Realms' portrayed the Hidden World and events that took place after HTTYD 3.

Summary
After Cloudjumper takes Valka and Hiccup to the King's Sanctuary, Valka runs into an old friend in Alvin the Treacherous, who has also allied with a dragon. One thing leads to another and suddenly Valka's leading a found family consisting of her son, an outcast, three banished Beserkers, the outcast's adopted daughter, an ex trapper's son, and many, many dragons.
