And, why are Tanjirou and Inosuke so hopelessly in love with him?

Summary
The last thing Giyū saw was the horrible creature known as Muzan crawling away to another part of their quickly crumbling world, taking the hashira who could still fight with him, and the bodies of those who no longer couldn't, behind him. Giyū was the latter, trying to stand up even through the sea of blood at his feet. He was dying.
Why was this happening? Wasn't the slayer mark supposed to boost his survival?
Turns out, it did. Maybe a little too well.
Fate had once again chosen the wrong person to save, Giyū thought, back in his thirteen year old body, staring at his dead childhood friend right in the face. Tanjiro would have been so much better at time travel.

Ever since Kimetsu University began accepting demons as students, they made demon/human history a requirement for all attending students. Meaning if you wanted to graduate, you had to take the class. A human and a demon are paired up as partners for the whole year. And they have to work on everything together. It's an effort on the University's part to strengthen and foster demon and human relations.
Sanemi is in his 4th year at Kimestu University, and he's put off taking it, no he's dreaded taking it since he started. Demons are violent, aggressive, for fucks sake they used to eat people! But the Univeristy's rules are firm. If he wants to graduate, he's gonna have to take the class.

It is observed that in his half-demon form, Genya's movements seem similar to Inosuke's beast-breathing. Genya hasn't been able to use breathing techniques, but just maybe he could take to beast-breathing. It is agreed that Genya is to study Inosuke. Inosuke decides that to be a beast, you need to be in the wild and returns home to his mountain with Genya in tow.
As time passes, the two get closer and closer, and Genya learns to embrace being wild and giving in to his every instinct, including the need for pleasure…
This story strays from canon around the ‘Hashira training arc’ episode 6-7, which equates to around chapter 136.
