Bill has to face his dead brother and yet he can't face something as insignificantly intangible as love. But that isn’t what he's scared of, not really. He isn’t scared of loving Eddie. Loving Eddie is easy, it happened without him noticing, without his permission, without any conscious thought at all.It's the thought of not getting to love Eddie that scares him. The thought that he will someday have to face that Eddie is not his to love, that Eddie does not want that kind of love. Loving Eddie is so easy he doesn't know how to live without it.
Or
Pennywise forces Richie to confront his true fear, that Eddie will never be his to love, but pennywise isn't perfectly all knowing and love is made up of so much than just fear.

Summary
Defeated by members of the Losers' Club in 1989, Pennywise returns 27 years later to terrorize the town of Derry, Maine, once again. Only this time- he has a plan. The childhood friends have long since grown and all but one have forgotten most of their time there, and he wants to keep it that way- to keep them away. Turning his attention to a new group of young adults- he's determined to kill them before the adult losers catch wind of what happens.
Mike Hanlon however, prevents that. As the losers reunite in Derry to solve the mystery they had almost all forgotten, seven new kids are thrown into the mix as they find their lives affected by this dancing clown.
Damaged by scars from the past, the losers unite with old friends and new ones, and must conquer their deepest fears to destroy the shape-shifting Pennywise -- now more powerful than ever. -
