( a reworking of two of my previous Billy Russo works but now adding the flair and suave of the Takers (2010) so is definitely not canon compliant and will have a lot of divergencies )
billy didn't know why he gave the woman such access to his life but he did know he had to have her close. keep her in his reach and nearby, just in case. maybe it was because he lost frank, maybe his loneliness was worse than he wanted to admit even to himself. whatever the reason, kelly had unique access to the billy russo whenever and wherever she wanted. but it goes both ways and kelly's about to find out just how bad this arrangement can get. for her and for everyone in both of their lives.
