"I've taken notice of that."
"You have?" Lorsan asked, coming out of his hiding spot to face Lyca.
"Yes. Sometimes I see him by himself near Moongloss Spring, he's quite skilled at hiding." Lyca added with a laugh, pouring the rich liquid onto the cups. A sweet floral scent surrounded the place. “He resembles a wild animal, sometimes.”
Suddenly, Lorsan's body straightened, feeling energized by the new information.

So many months, where the two 'Merlins' worked hard to bring each and everyone of them to the fullest potential: Day in, day out- The sun and moon devoted much of their time without a break. Thus the playable crew unanimously agreed that something should be done. It was Fay who offered to gift the two faux Merlins a plushie, a reward but also most sincere expression of gratitude for the immense efforts. A way for them to always accompany the duo.
(And also a much more orthodox gift compared to a dead pet, slave or organs in any case.) With only one veto, the idea was accepted.For the moon- The 'mini cast' are a tangible gift. For the sun- They are the coalescence of memories, blessings and 'letters'.
One collective message: "Thank you."

Summary
Merlin and her stand-in get into an argument at the Mystical House. The mage is still mad at Sinbad for having been tricked and almost getting killed trice...*allegedly.* Even though it was the substitude who was mostly at risk. Said stand-in calls out the Magister on the massive L's which leads to a cat-fight and the mage to cast a special type of hex, because pettiness, and then kicks the guy out.
Yup, just your typical run-of-the-mill afternoon with a whimsical boss.
Work status: Completed. Chapter 2 is a bonus.
