To be able to finish recreating Inscryption, and re-uploading Inscryption, P-03 would need to have access to Luke's files, a computer, and the hard drive. When the Gamefuna employee comes back to retrieve the disk, and deal with Luke, he will have access to none of those.

Might as well make use of Luke while he’s still alive, right?
Or, Luke carder finishes Inscryption thinking that the game has finally ended. But act five has only just begun, and ‘immersion’ has just gained a whole new meaning.

in the beginning, the world did not know cards. that is... until the day the scrybes arrived. each had their own method of inscryption to create cards, and together, they worked in harmony to build their game. however, something lurking deep beneath their world split them apart, fragmenting their creation and their bonds with each other. now incomplete, the scrybes are forced to deal with their feelings on their own - whether by sinking in regret or denying its existence in the first place.
[title is a play on long forgotten monuments]

Sure, it was lonely sometimes, not having any hobbies that people shared or wanted to talk with her about... until she found out about Inscryption. Considered one of the best collectible card games in the world, with the rules and services surrounding the game making any playstyle competitive, bringing competition and casual players alike to the playing table, she had finally found a way to make friends! She was still pretty weird, though. And she still got into trouble... but at least she had friends. And her cards. But... She was still in trouble for bringing live snakes and fireworks to school...

Things quickly took an odd turn and left this girl with a fate she couldn't escape. No longer was this a game, a leisure, this was real. A real problem.

It isn’t that bad yet, P03 thinks desperately. Though Belwyn is in control, he does not appear to be currently interested in torturing him or locking him away in a black void. In fact, the new Scrybe is being unusually nice. Nice for a Scrybe, anyways – this is pretty par for the course for the quivering ball of fluff he remembers, now that he thinks of it. But he isn’t that person, the stoat reminds him. Not anymore. Who would be, after taking all of that into themselves? One wrong move and you're dead.
