Josh invited everyone back one year after the prank. No one died, but Hannah broke her leg so badly that she needed a cane to walk, and Beth couldn't push herself to be as athletic as she was before with a damaged back. They didn't attend, but they weren't angry at the reunion. They decided to be at a luxury resort with their other friends. However, Josh never forgave them for pranking Hannah and hurting both of his little sisters so badly. He decided to get revenge on each of them. Make them all feel the fear his sisters felt.
Everyone attended, including Chris, who hadn't presented yet like the others. They all assumed he was just an average beta. Everyone was disappointed with that, except for Josh. However, a traumatic event involving Josh's death changed everything.
