Karl’s laughs subsided, but his smile certainly didn’t. And he gave Sapnap an incredulous look, raised one eyebrow with playful accusation.
“A date?” he queried. “You’re asking me on a date?”
“Uh,” Sapnap’s eyes flicked away for no more than a second, “yeah.”
Reminiscing is easier in the right places, so Sapnap takes Karl back to when they first met.
