Summary
Since the beginning of time, there has never been a love deeper and more profound between two beings in all of existence. There's just one problem: the universe will never accept the love between a spit-fire dove and a lonely dragon with a heart of burnished gold.
Anthony the Starmaker and Dove of God, and Azrafael, a crass and surly dragon-demon who refuses to align himself with any of Lucifer's many legions, have been created to stand on opposites sides of the warring factions between Heaven and Hell. But neither Heaven nor Hell could have ever anticipated how deeply these two polar-opposite beings would fall in love with each other, nor how hard the two would fight together to protect the things they love the most... Summary
