Summary
Nearing the end of the Golden Age of Piracy, Aziraphale finds himself trying to enjoy his extended work-cation in Spain when he's approached by Gabriel with an unusual mission. The burial shroud of Jesus Christ has been stolen and the last known location of the Shroud of Turin is rumoured to be in the possession of famous Privateer and Corsair, Amaro Pargo. His mission is simple: retrieve the Shroud and return it to Turin Italy before deadly forces and the might of Hell discovers its whereabouts.
But upon arriving in Tenerife one whole day after Amaro passes away, Aziraphale realises that his mission has now turned into an impossible treasure hunt. Worse still, he stumbles across Crowley, having taken up profession with the local pirates and has been causing mischief in return. With the clock ticking, Aziraphale must find Amaro Pargo's treasure before Crowley does, and his frenemy has learned a few nasty tricks from the pirates he's been assisting in causing trouble for the locals.
Things are going to get very interesting, indeed...

Aziraphale questioned how he got to this point in his life. With a quick mental check, he realised that there were four uncomfortable truths he had to come to terms with in very quick succession:
1. He was 50 years old, and had never done anything as insane as this in his quiet, celibate life.
2. There was a pretty obvious reason why he'd reluctantly chosen a career as a priest.
3. He didn’t particularly hate the fact that his bastard friend thought a strip club was a good idea to celebrate his Golden Birthday.
4. He might be irrevocably in love with the half naked, 30-something red-head currently giving him a lap dance in the middle of said strip club.

Summary
The end of the road has been met. After all efforts to thwart the might of the Ineffable plan have failed, the demon Azrafael discovers that there is but one play left to try and avert the impending Apocalypse. This one final act would ensure the safety and perseverance of Creation, and protect his precious dove from the promised death of a war no side could possible walk away from unscathed.
But in doing so, the dragon realises that his choice comes with a heavy cost.
