Summary
Monsters came up to the surface three years ago and while most people accepted them and wanted to right the wrongs of the past, some didn't. You were one of the people that sought to right the wrongs of the past and move forward for a better life, because you too wanted to leave your past behind you. Starting your last year after beginning college late and finding a great group of friends, your life was going great. Of course, there were a few bumps, but life was going well.
Until you lost your job.
Needing quick cash you signed up for a nanny service and are matched up with none other than Queen Toriel to be a nanny for Ambasider Frisk and his demonic flower brother. But the adults are even weirder than the kids. There's the gay muscle fish and her nerdy girlfriend lizard, a celebrity robot and his ghost cousin, a sweet man-child skeleton and his lazy brother who will just show up whenever they like, and lastly the King of the monsters who your new boss has some beef with. Strap in cause your life is about to get a whole lot more chaotic.

So it's not really clear for the most part but this IS set in the handplates universe. So there's that.
