As the house came into view, he dipped to the edge of the crowd and escaped the mass, walking down the side path that led up to the house. The wood of the stairs creaked as he walked up them and knocked on the door.
He took the bag off of his shoulders as he waited. After a few seconds the door opened, revealing a tall Blade with long blonde hair and white dress decorated in gold.
Or: Rex and Mabon being friends. Until they aren't.
