“Let go, Julian. Just… Please leave me alone,” Danny said through clenched teeth. He yanked his wrist from Julian’s grip and made his way out the door, slamming it behind him.
“Danny! I love you! Don’t leave! I didn’t do what you think I did,” Julian called out as he darted to the door. When he got there and yanked it open, Danny was tearing out of his driveway.
Julian leaned against the door frame for support as he stared down the street until he couldn’t see Danny’s car anymore. Hot tears were sitting at the back of his eyes, and within a few blinks they made their ways to the surface. He wiped at his eyes and shook his head. “Danny… Come back… Please… I need you…”

The big ball on the bed didn’t move, but there were a few sniffles coming from it. Julian sighed and moved in closer to the bed, where he sat at the edge. He looked over to notice Danny’s shirt and shorts balled upon the floor. “Danny.” Julian pulled back one layer of blankets.
After a second a small voice came from the ball. “P-Please leave me alone.” Danny hiccupped and then there was silence again.

“I like it,” Julian responded as he leaned in and placed another kiss at the corner of Danny’s mouth.
“Do you?” Danny asked as he looked down at Julian’s hand on his almost too tight shirt. Julian nodded once Danny’s brown eyes looked back up at him. “I’m going to need new clothes soon. I tried on like three different shirts before I settled on this one… And don’t even get me started on jeans. They fucking fit me yesterday, a little snug… But today… they wouldn’t even button.”

Danny looked up and let go of Julian. "W-Why won't you let me touch you," Danny questioned as his face twisted in confusion.
Julian let out a shaky breath before he shook his head and took his hands away from his face to look at Danny. "I-I… It feels so wrong," he mumbled as a stray tear left his left eye and rolled down his cheek.
Danny sighed and sat up so he could look at Julian easier. He slowly moved up so he and Julian were closer. "I-I'm sorry," Danny whispered with a sad face and he leaned down and placed a soft kiss on Julian's lips. Julian almost didn't kiss him back.
"It's okay, Danny… I just," Julian sighed and shook his head.
"You don't have to explain, Bubs. No need. I'm sorry," Danny whispered again as a few tears ran down his cheeks.
