    Ron and Lucy laughed and made their goodbyes, dropping a kiss on Sam’s forehead and telling him to be good for Aunt Lois and Uncle Clark. Lois watched her sister and brother-in-law walk out the door on their way to a well-deserved night out.
    Lois kept herself together until she was sure that Lucy and Ron were well on their way to their first date night since Sam arrived. Then, she turned to Clark and slightly freaked out.

    Or: Lois and Clark babysit for Lucy and Ron, and Lois has a realization.
