Summary
World-Walkers—advisors from another universe, with strange powers and limited knowledge of the future, a fixture in Earth history for centuries—haven’t come through a Gate in decades.
Then without warning, a full Cadre arrives on Babylon 5 just as it comes online. The Cadre have Seen what’s to come for the people who call the station home. As nomadic World-Walkers of considerable (bound) power, their task is to craft new destinies for the heroes of the Babylon universe.
Seeing is supposed to be fleeting, each vital moment shown only once. But Kaitlyn, leader of the Cadre, Sees four people over and over and over—a Human soldier with a secret in her past, a gifted Telepath with a shadow in her mind, a Minbari warrior with grief in his heart, and a Ranger with a death wish. Visions of them play out again and again as she tries to manipulate the web of B5's future to help save a universe that doesn't really need a monster like her...and the people who really rather do.

Summary
Branmer had been warrior caste barely over a cycle before he found his way back into Neroon's bed. And Neroon was aware that one probably ought to tell a partner before involving them in scenes and kinks they didn't have, but rules were not for the shai alyt.

The best treatment I've seen of what's going on in Alyt Neroon's head in Legacies, the complexity of the character, and absolutely excellent character voices all around.

Summary
(the c stands for consent)
An Alyt can't deny their Shai Alyt. For Branmer, that's an undeniable drawback. For Shakiri, that's a feature, not a bug. Either way, all Neroon can do is serve.

This is one of those epic series (4 works, with 15 chapters total) that exists only buried under mountains of bytes on the Wayback Machine, for now, but, very much like a buried gem, is too precious to leave hidden.
With huge amounts of world-building on Minbari and Minbar from the start of war against Earth to the end of the Minbari Civil War, absolutely perfect characterization, plenty of realistic OCs that highlight the changing politics between the Castes (though the primary characters are all Canon: Neroon, Branmer, and later the young female Standard-bearer from Branmer's funeral), and enough canon heartbreak to fill an ocean, this one is a must read, while it lasts!
