"You know Tube, I think we'd make good partners in crime!" She exclaims while reaching for the sausage
She stops in her track-- something like a weak, distant feeling pulling at her. an event long forgotten, yet one she feels furious for. felt.
It disappears just as quickly, gone in a flask. no reason to think about it, like it's insignificant "What makes you say that?" she asks
Or, what's a better activity for a chilly autumn afternoon then cooking? You could probably name a few, but maybe sometimes enjoying the little, passing things is what makes it count.
