Summary
Ivy crouched behind large bushes. Hiding herself from the prying eyes of the humans, who roam these lands now. Her curiosity drove her to such closeness to the humans. But the desire to learn from them, was nothing but a flicker slowly fading, with each passing year. The ghosts of her past still drive her to live among the monsters, who roam freely like she has.
Purple eyes watched the different people in the large market. Seeing things from new and old lands; a twig snapped under her foot. Letting her hold in her breath, worry filled her heart as she saw someone turn. Fleeing away from the bushes, she ran from the human's home not wishing to be caught like her clan before her.
Running through thick vines and bushes. She glances over her shoulder, before smacking into something making her stumble. When she looked up, what she saw made her gasp.
P.S: I don't own monster hunters or anything to do with the game just a story for the Field Team Leader.

Summary
This story takes place in the fictional universe of the well known video game of Monster Hunter World & Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. We follow the life of a fictional character, Deimos, journeying with him as he goes through a string of events discovering more about not only the world around him, but more about himself as well. This tale follows the sequence of events starting from the government of the Old World initiating an expedition into the New World, sending forth its most talented individuals in fleets, each specialising in an area of either combat or research. The Commission were the first to set foot into the New World and were accompanied by the First Fleet. Three fleets followed after and the commission have been kept busy with frequent monster attacks and experiencing a shortage of supplies, surviving on barely enough resources to keep its base camp, Astera, functional. They are now in desperate need of reinforcements after discovering something very unsettling...

Summary
Even through the blizzard, the Huntsman could hear the thrashing of two fighting beasts. The roars merely added an extra way to track the origin of the fight easier. Unfortunately, the billowing snow reduced visibility dangerously, and it was only years of training to test each step to maintain stealth that revealed the next step would be unsafe and crumble beneath his weight. A drop, or a hill. Either option was a risk with low visibility. He would have to find a way around.
At that moment, the snow storm cleared just a little, enough to observe the war at the bottom of the drop. A Barioth and Nergigante? But... the roar didn't sound like Negigante. Too high pitched and warbly. A closer look would be needed.
When the Huntsman turned to go around the lip of the drop, to look for a safer way down, he almost walked into a wall of snow that had... spikes? He hummed in confusion and swiped some of the snow off the wall, revealing a dark set of scales beneath, that moved and growled. Taking a step back, the Huntsman watched as the snow wall broke apart to reveal Nergigante, its orange eyes glaring at him.
If Nergigante was in front of him, then what was fighting the Barioth below?
