Moritz Stiefel, All Is Forgiven’s drummer, just broke the news to his bandmates that he’s moving. The date of is move is the 16th of October— exactly a week away from their very first real venue! This leaves the All Is Forgiven with two options: cancel their gig and break up the band, or find a new drummer.
Luckily Melchior Gabor knows a guy who can be Moritz’s replacement.
A guy whose name is Hanschen Rilow.
Ernst and Hanschen grow closer just like how the days leading up to the gig grow closer, and closer, and closer…
Maybe Hanschen isn’t as bad as Melchior had said.

The kids have been friends since forever, some since childhood, and they all like music, so it's a no brainer when Ilse suggests they start a band.
This story picks up a little into their journey as a band. They know they're a lot of people in one band, but they make it work somehow. And hell, they have some remarkable times.

“I know I won’t make it. I’m not exactly… well, I’m not smart.”
The more Martha learned about Moritz, the more she disagreed. Maybe he wasn’t Melchior Gabor, who had a bad habit of talking a lot and not really saying anything. Moritz may not talk much, and the way he talks and thinks may confuse someone who doesn’t really want to listen, but he was smart. Not in school, but in the areas that actually counted. He was smart with feelings, he could feel everything. And he cared so much, even about people who didn’t seem to care much about him.
A heart like that really should count for something.
