Lucius shoulders his ancient Goyard bag as he trawls through the Rome airport, dreading the flight.
Not so much the first class amenities themselves, but setting foot in the rotting heap of Los Angeles, where he can't escape who he is.
He snatches the magazine off the rack as soon as he spots it, throwing 50 EUR at the cashier and not bothering for change or a receipt.
Marcus "the General" Acaius is a loyal man. Lucius knows that the derision can be read across his face as he begins to read, but he couldn't give less of a shit.
No one would have blamed him for resigning his position of CFO of Aurelius Enterprises even as it's stock price crashed and America was on the verge of losing another one of it's legacy companies.
