“Mikey lifted his eyelids, before flinching back at the bright light that assaulted his vision. ‘Ugh, can someone tell Raph to lay off the head smacks? It feels like my brain was rattled out of my skull.’
‘You better put it back in then,’ a scratchy, annoying voice said, prompting Mikey to open his eyes the rest of the way, ‘we got a few questions for you.’
‘Ah, I remember now! How’s it goin’, Weasel?!’ Mikey paused, eyeing up the goon, ‘What, the “Big Boss” couldn’t come watch me himself?’ Mikey smirked something smug, looking to poke fun at the second in command.”

Raph has a nightmare about Mikey dying. He passes it off as just that: a nightmare. Until Casey tells them about a drug deal between the mob and the Purple Dragons that ends in Mikey’s capture, Raph fears there may be more to his nightmare than just images in his head.
Inspired by the song “My Mom” by Kimya Dawson and a real experience I had with my own brother. Dreams can suck so much sometimes that you can't look at someone for a whole day because of them. :D
