He awoke alone. So dreadfully alone. The world was fuzzy and goopy like when you get your wisdom teeth pulled. It all blended into a mushy feeling of floating.
Gyrus awoke by himself and then no one comes for him. His memory is fleeting and iffy. Did he have a life before this or no. Was there really a loved one waiting for him. From the news of the nurses he shouldn’t expect a family member’s to burst in crying for his safe recovery. He’d heard tale of how bad the crash was to put him here so what of the lack of beloved people or distant family trying to contact him.
