Summary
The Leader of the Tingtang Gang was a business owner above all else-- at least if you asked him for his opinion on the matter. Everyone else would probably more aptly describe him as the world’s most successful cheater. Everything that he wanted, he cheated to get it. His place as leader, his massive fortune, everyone’s loyalty. The problem was that he was so damn good at it that you could never prove that he did it.
Point was, Hong Lu kept up with news of other casinos, as a businessman. And one in particular that got his curiosity was one from District U at the port. It attracted a lot of fuss, lately, and he wanted to see what the big deal was about.
