Summary
A winter has passed since the events of Ragnarök. Two weeks have gone since the time Kratos and Mimir spent in Valhalla, and both Freya and Kratos have yet to see one another since.
The God of War has remained mostly dormant in his position, returning to his old log home in Midgard, deeming it unfit to reside in Sindri’s. In his son’s absence Kratos has recently found himself feeling lost and alone, especially after his adventuring with Freya ceased in the winter.
Freya has taken up the part of a strong leader and a potent warrior since Ragnarök, but hidden beneath the facade of her duties and leadership, she feels weak and vulnerable. The loss of both her brother and son in such short years took a part of her with her, and things have not looked the same.
*This is a fan fiction that is based primarily around my suspicions of the characterizations of Freya and Kratos in God of War 4 and 5. This story focuses less on Atreus and most other characters but instead on Freya and Kratos, as with God of War 5 their story seemed yet to be finished, and Freya had a mythology that was not complete. I do hope to include a continuation of Sigrund’s and Mimir’s tale, but we shall see.*

None of them believed it, but soon it was proven to them that this was no hoax, and by the time Hans was whisked away by an elderly “Professor Fig,” his life had changed drastically. It was in the many days that Hans spent at the school, learning and fighting, that he learned much about himself. But it was in the day he met Poppy Sweeting did he learn the most.
Hans would never forget that day.

Summary
New adventures begin after Atticus Blake and his friends have finished their O.W.L.s. Eager to get out the castle before going their separate ways for the summer holiday Atticus, Poppy, Natty, Sebastian, and Ominis decide to take a trip picking up Anne along the way. Almost immediately Natty and Sebastian begin to tease their friend about his feelings for his fellow Hufflepuff.
*Amended Description: Atticus sets off on a post O.W.L.s adventure with his friends before they go their separate ways for the summer holiday. Along the way Atticus and Poppy (with a little help) find out that they each had feelings for the other. As they begin to navigate their new relationship his friends all gain insight into his troubled past and why he started Hogwarts as a fifth year. As is typical few things, if any, are as simple as planned.
