Summary
It's been about a year since she joined the guild, now a couple months after the Battle of Fairy Tail, Lucy (who has been in a relationship with Natsu for six months now) is with her team in a pub and gets hit on as she usually does, and as is always the case, this goes nowhere. Only to bump into the very same man later that week. Charmed, intrigued & shaken; Lucy could never have imagined that entertaining his attention would not just change her life, but that of her guild's as well.

Summary
Lara Croft is an average University student who has dealt with too much. Rent, tuition, studies, friendship drama, and an uncle who refuses to hand over custody of her home and wealth after her father's death and mother's disappearance.
In other words, the usual.
But her life is about to get a lot more complicated. Characters and events from one of her favorite series have turned out to be real. What's worse, some of them have their sights set directly on her. Sauron is rising after millennia of silently watching and influencing from the shadows. Now he has discovered her as the last untouched scion of the noble bloodline that defeated him four ages ago, he will stop at nothing until she is out of his way, whether through corruption or death.
Even worse than that, his cult has taken Lara's best friend Sam, and is now searching for the sword that had once crippled him.
Now it's up to Lara and a band of allies to race against Sauron and his cult to rescue Sam and retrieve Anduril. Along the way, she must come to terms with her father's legacy, sort through her feelings for her friends, and confront a sinister young man who is more than he seems.
Yet the Shadow might claim her still.
