Remnant was finally back to normal. Better than normal, actually. There wasn’t a threat of Salem or hoards of Grimm trying to evade the cities. People all across the world celebrated. Most importantly, they celebrated the team who ended it all. It took a few months, but it was all worth it.
“After Christmas and New Year’s, it’ll be Blake's birthday. Is there anything you want to do for yourself Blake?”
“I don’t know. Other than a cake and spending it with you all, there’s nothing much I want. Though it would be nice to see my family, I haven’t planned anything for that - it’s probably too late for it anyway. Plus I can’t just leave you to do both of our work.” She said, getting up to make some more tea and coffee.
That’s when Yang had a brilliant idea.
