Summary
Ever since becoming a puppet, Spamton has loathed his body more than anything. NEO was meant to be his salvation, but sometimes not even that is enough. After starting and losing a battle against Tenna in Castle Town and subsequently waking up in Tenna's house, he is quickly reminded of just how much he has changed for the worse. A reminder that forces him to re-examine how he feels about himself—both as a puppet and as NEO.

comments ; sndhfusbdhdisjsbfh!!??! loved this. most "lets give spamton a bath" fics come AFTER reconciliation so this is a fresh take on it. did think they should fight more (because im a sucker for drama. robo fist fight lets goooo) but at the same time it sucks so bad that tenna thinks he's ugly at first though even if objectively spammy is T_T like nooo dude thats your mailman!!! AND THE WATER ALLEGORIES. OUGH. how you can never wash away the grime embedded in you even if you want to so so so badly. how you feel dirtied and wrong and hateful in a body you didnt chose to be in... i get it so badly!! i and oh, tenna, lovely tenna. wants to help but is also caught up in his own want to not be rejected and his hurt by the past abandonment is so understandable too!! waigh!!! ill be thinking about this one for a while . . .

Summary
Catra lost count of how long she’d been friends with Adora. Ever since preschool, they had been thick as thieves, and Catra would follow Adora anywhere, both being each other’s only friend right up until they had started at Brightmoon High. When Adora had joined the co-ed magic soccer team, she had met Bow and clicked immediately. Shortly thereafter, Adora (and by extension, Catra) had fallen in with Bow, Glimmer, and their friend group, many of whom were Glimmer’s princess friends. Catra had never truly felt like Glimmer’s friends were really her friends, but as long as she always had Adora by her side, it never really bothered her. As long as she was glued to the blonde’s hip, nothing could ever go wrong.
