Summary
Jon had never been good at practicing healthy coping mechanisms. Ever since he was a young boy, Jon has been trying to learn how to deal with his emotions in a way that he might actually benefit from.
The burns started when he was thirteen or so.

Summary
Jon has nightmares on a nightly basis, yes. Some nights, after he abruptly awakes, panicked and fearful, he’ll simply sit there, failing to will away the hellish images his mind provides him with.
Most nights, though, he finds himself standing at Martin’s open bedroom door, just shy of passing over the threshold that taunts him. Mocking him for the way his heart tugs at the sight of Martin sleeping peacefully, how Jon so desperately wishes to curl up beside him- to be wrapped in his comforting arms, free of nightmares.
He hated entertaining the thought, brutally aware of its impossibility.
That is, until he was made -very- aware, that it apparently isn’t as impossible as he’d originally thought.
Or, Sleepy cuddles and sleepy kisses? Absolutely.
Or or, I had an au idea and just had to write it.

Summary
Martin has been noticing the way that Jon seems to be getting more distant that usual, he doesn’t even seem to be touching the tea Martin makes for him. He really didn’t know what to expect when he walked into the small kitchen area of the Magnus Institute, Jon just standing in front of the counter, unmoving, drifting.
Or, Jon manages to hurt himself in a sleep-deprivation induced accident, and Martin helps to bandage the wound. Some conversation and a lot of hand holding ensues.

"Rudo…” Zanka’s voice was tight. “Did ya’ actually read the flyer? Ya’ know what they mean by ‘couple,’ right?”
Rudo instantly glared daggers at him, looking downright offended.
“I’m not stupid!! Of course I can tell it means two people!”
Zanka was making an extraordinary effort to keep his cool and not scream.

Summary
Zanka is always getting wrapped up in Jabber’s games (fights, more like it, and not that he minds), but when he finally pulls Jabber into his game, suddenly the tables are taking a very unexpected turn.
@cryptidcorvidae888 on tiktok posted about Jabber not knowing how to handle affection and Zanka eating it up, and you know what? He’s exactly correct! So I wrote a fic about it 😁

Summary
Zanka crossed his arms and stared hard at the crooked little figure.
So now that they were… together, or at least Zanka thought they were, after that absolutely mortifying, heat-in-his-ears, can’t-believe-I-said-that confession, he figured he should do something.
Something thoughtful.
Something nice.
Something that wouldn’t make him want to peel his own skin off from embarrassment.
Unfortunately, Zanka had absolutely no idea how to do any of that.
He’d never dated anyone. Hell, he barely even liked people. His relationships with most of the Cleaners ranged from mutual tolerance to empty silence. So now here he was, standing in the middle of his room like an idiot, arms crossed tight, glaring at the wall like it might magically present him with the answer.
Junk? The guy lived in trash. Gifting him a pile of spare parts felt like giving a fish a glass of water and expecting applause.
A compliment? Ha. Zanka would rather punch himself in the throat.
But there was one thing. One thing Rudo went borderline feral for.
Sugar.
(Zanka does something for Rudo in return.)

Summary
Enjin pretty much never sleeps through the night. It's not necessarily a problem, or at least, not one to which he hasn't become accustomed. But his insomniac habits have unintentionally led to him discovering… feelings… and he really does not have time to process that right now, so he will be shoving those feelings way, way down. Which will totally work. Right?
