Summary
This is my canon-divergent District Four-centric universe.
It ignores everything about Mockingjay. Plot-wise, it takes the 75th Hunger Games as its point of departure, but since it ignores the backstory provided by Mockingjay, characterization also looks different.
Major departures include:
* Mags is a strategic mastermind who's been plotting a rebellion in District Four for decades.
* The forced prostitution is a lot more limited in scope.
* District Thirteen is much less organized, and there is no President Coin.Mags' Weapon is set when the rebellion is still being planned. Chapters 4 and 5 were rewritten on June 10, 2017. You'll want to reread them if you read this fic before then.
Mags' War is the sequel, an AU to Mockingjay.

Finding an abandoned toddler in an alleyway wasn't on his to do list though. But no one cared enough to care if he adopted the kid or not. And if anyone thought something small like a villainous quirk was enough to put Midoriya off, then they were very, very wrong.
